Please note that all our service sessions are recorded and can be used for proof of service and conduct. The customer has the right to request a copy of the recording even for educational reasons.

REFUND

Once payment has been made, and the customer has not played with the coach (service has not been given); the customer has full rights to request a refund for the total amount.

A refund option is available within 60 days of purchase date

The refund goes back to the original payment method.

WHAT CANNOT BE REFUNDED:

If the customer already got consulted or coached from our team.

If the customer didn’t show up to the scheduled appointment and did not notify us. The funds will not be refunded; however, the service can be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION

If the customer decides to cancel the order, please contact us ASAP through email with your purchase order number.

As long as the service is not provided yet, the customer has the right to cancel the order within 60 days from purchase date.
